摘要
为了提高球墨铸铁件质量,减少铸造时的质量缺陷,通过分析缺陷的形成原因,分别从化学成分、铸造工艺及原材料三个方面提出了相应的控制措施,减少了铸造缺陷。
In order to improve the quality of nodular cast iron castings and reduce the quality defects of the nodular cast iron castings, the cause of the formation defects is analyzed. The corresponding improving solutions are put forward from three aspects： chemical composition, casting process and raw materials.
