摘要 轧辊轴承座壁厚差异大,尺寸精度高,结构特别。座体多处有较高的UT检查指标和其它明确的内外部质量要求项目。通过补贴和外冷铁、冒口补缩和浇注系统的合理设计,完成了该件的凝固补缩成型,避免了铸造缺陷,一次通过较高的UT等各项检查,也给后续的机械加工带来方便,获得了良好的效果。介绍该件的工艺设计思路,重点说明冒口、冷铁和补贴等的有效设置和其它工艺措施的综合应用。 Wall thickness of roller bearing seat with high size precision and special structure differs greatly from one point to another. There are UT crack detection requirements and other specific quality requirements in multiple points on bearing seat. The solidification feeding forming of the bearing seat is achieved and numbers of cast detects are avoided by patch, external chill, riser feeding, as well as reasonable design of cast system. Meanwhile, the success rate of UT detection and other detection is pretty high. It is also convenient for the following machining operation with excellent performance. In this paper, the design of process of the bearing seat has been presented. It mainly illuminates the effective setup of riser head, chill, and patch, as well as integrated application of the other process operation.
