摘要
目的探讨体外受精的胚胎质量和患者年龄对于临床妊娠结局的影响。方法对2015年1月?2017年4月就诊于我院的160对患病夫妇,190个周期中的患者年龄、胚胎受精率、卵裂率、移植胚胎等级、移植胚胎数、内膜厚度、种植率及临床妊娠率与妊娠结果进行分析。结果 190个周期共移植613个胚胎,根据女性患者年龄分为≤35周岁组和>35周岁组,≤35周岁组卵母细胞受精率为70.10%,胚胎卵裂率为70.97%,胚胎种植率为22.16%,临床妊娠率为43.10%。>35周岁组卵母细胞受精率为59.80%,胚胎卵裂率为61.95%,胚胎种植率为11.11%,临床妊娠率为26.61%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义。结论移植胚胎质量与患者年龄对于临床妊娠结局有重要的影响,根据移植胚胎质量和患者年龄进行个体化的胚胎移植方案是必要的且有助于临床妊娠率的提升。
Objective To explore the effect of embryo quality and the age of patients on clinical pregnancy outcome in vitro fertilization. Methods Analysed the age of patients,rate of fertilization, rate of embryo cleavage, embryonic grade,the number of embryo transplantation,endometrial thickness,rate of embryo implantation,rate of clinical pregnancy and outcome of 190 IVF cycles of 160 patients treated in our hospital from Jan 2015 to Apr 2017. Results 613 embryos were transplanted in 190 IVF cycles,female patients were divided into 2 groups according to the age,≤35 years group and 35 years group respectively. ≤35 years group＇s rate of fertilization was 70.10%,rate of embryo cleavage was 70.97% and rate of embryo implantation was 22.16%, the rate of clinical pregnancy was 43.10%. Meanwhile〉 35 years group＇s rate of fertilization was 59.80% and rate of embryo cleavage was 61.95%,rate of embryo implantation was 11.11%,and the rate of clinical pregnancy was 26.61%. Conclusion The quality of the transplanted embryo and the patients＇ age have important influence on the clinical pregnancy outcome. Individualized embryo transplant strategy is necessary according to the quality of the embryo and the age of patients, and contributes to the improvement of the rate of clinical pregnancy.
