摘要
采用光学显微镜分析技术,并结合力学性能检测,研究了不同退火处理制度对00Cr12不锈钢板组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着保温温度的提高和保温时间的延长,试验钢的带状组织逐渐消失,再结晶晶粒逐渐长大;强度、硬度下降,伸长率升高。综合考虑组织和性能,建议实际生产中退火制度为保温温度800~830℃、保温时间6~7 h。
Effect of heat treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of 00Crl2 stainless steel hot rolled plate was investigated by using optical microscopy analyses and tensile testing. The results indicate that, with the annealing temperature and time increasing, the banded structure of tested steel disappears and the recrystallized grains grow up gradually; the strength and hardness of the steel decrease, meanwhile the elongation increases. Based on an overall consideration of microstructure and mechanical properties, It is suggested that the annealing holding temperature and holding time in actual production should be 800-830 ℃ and 6-7 h, respectively.
