退火温度对冷拔钢丝织构与性能的影响 被引量:3

Influence of annealing temperature on texture and properties of cold drawn steel wire

摘要 采用精确的线材织构测定方法分析了冷拔钢丝在450、550和650℃退火过程中织构变化,并采用光学显微镜和显微硬度计研究了此过程中钢丝的显微组织和显微硬度。结果表明:冷拔钢丝在不同温度下退火过程中,随着退火温度的升高,显微组织由纤维状转变为等轴晶,硬度显著下降;不同温度退火后的织构与拉拔态的织构类型相同,以<110>丝织构为主,且沿着线材径向呈现一定梯度分布。但是随着退火温度的升高,<110>丝织构强度下降。另外,退火过程中,冷拔钢丝的硬度与<110>丝织构强度具有相似的变化趋势。 A precise method for measuring textures of wire rods was used to analyze texture evolution of cold drawn steel wire during annealing at 450 ℃,550 ℃ and 650 ℃. The microstructure and microhardness of steel wire during the process were studied by means of optical microscope and microhardness tester. The results show that with the annealing temperature increasing,the microstructure changes from fibrous to equiaxed grains and the hardness decreases significantly during the cold drawn steel wire is annealed at different temperatures.The texture in wires annealed at different temperatures is the same as that of the drawn state;< 110 > fiber texture is main texture component and there is a certain gradient along the wire radial. However,with the annealing temperature increasing,intensity of the < 110 > fiber texture decreases. In addition,variation tendency for the hardness of cold drawn steel wire is similar to that of the < 110 > fiber texture.
