摘要
考察了回火温度对ZG75Cr2MnNiMo耐磨钢组织及性能的影响。结果表明,淬火条件一定时,选择250~300℃低温回火,可以获得马氏体、贝氏体和残留奥氏体混合组织,在保证一定韧性的基础上获得较高的硬度。和530℃高温回火情况相比,耐磨性明显提高,是用于生产E型磨煤机磨球的更为合适的热处理工艺。
At the same hardening condition, the influence of tempering temperature on the microstructure and properties of steel 75Cr2MnNiMo is studied. The results show that after 250~300℃ tempering treatment, the microstructure of the steel is martensite、bainite and retained austenite. The higher hardness is obtained with proper toughness. Comparing with 530℃ tempering treatment, the steel has the better wear resistance, and this heat treatment is more suitable to treat balls of E-type pulverizer.
