摘要
在人类发展历史上,最能确保追求财富的自由选择和平等权利的制度和社会机制是市场经济。市场经济以最强劲的动力推动经济飞速增长,使得人类发展取得辉煌成就,但同时也导致了无节制消费主义和财富欲望不可遏制等严重问题的出现并有可能日趋恶化。经济发展背离其本真性质的问题越来越凸显,人类发展需要进行第二次启蒙以实现其本真复兴。人类发展的本真复兴,就是要在市场经济高度发达的基础上,再次审视科学理性的根本价值目标。人类是自然的一部分,而自然界是一个丰富多彩的物质世界和多样化的生态系统。人类只有在这样丰富多彩的物质世界和多样化的生态系统中,才能生生不息、健康生存和繁衍。让经济发展的道路、模式、理念更自觉地体现其本真性,将昭示人类发展的可持续增长前景和本真价值的真正复兴。
In the history of human development, market economy is the policy and social mechanism that can maximally ensure the free choice and the equal rights in pursuit of fortune. Market economy has promoted the rapid growth of economy with the most powerful driving force, making human development achieve brilliant achievements, but it also leads to several serious problems such as unrestrained consumerism and uninhibited desire for wealth, which may become deteriorated gradually. The problem of economic development deviating from its authentic nature is becoming increasingly prominent, and the human development needs the second enlightenment to realize its natural revival. The natural revival of human development implies to re-inspect the fundamental value goals of scientific rationality on the basis of highly developed market economy. Human beings are a part of nature, and nature is a colorful material world as well as a diverse ecosystem, in which human beings can keep growing, live healthy and reproduce endlessly. It will represent the prospects of the sustainable growth of human development and the real revival of authentic value, when the path, mode and philosophy of economic development would reflect its authenticity more consciously.
