摘要
基于舆情研究,当前人工智能发展中显现出互为镜像、互为嵌入和互为信息的人机关系趋势。这将可能引发对生物与器物、时间与空间、真实与虚拟、技术理性与价值理性、开放分享与芯片沉默的认知变化,同时,也会带来乐观与悲观、观望与摇摆等各类社会心态,催生出离线的高度在线化、人机互动结构的组织化、勤于创造与思想惰怠两极分化、人工智能亚文化博兴和新的信息沟等社会现象。亟需通过树立新发展理念、智慧服务、制度保障、科普宣传教育、政策安排等加以有效回应。
On the basis of the public opinion research,the current development of artificial intelligence（AI） has shown that the trends of the relationship of the human being and the AI are mirrored,embedded and become information for each other,which will cause the cognitive changes,such as creatures and objects,time and space,the real and virtual,technical rationality and value rationality,opening-up and sharing and the chip silence.The trends will also can bring the social mentality,such as the optimistic,pessimistic,on the sidelines and swing and so on and create social phenomena of the high online of the offline,the organization of human-computer interaction structure,the polarization of being creative and being idle,the rise of subculture artificial intelligence and the the height of the offline and of the,and creation and thoughts idle new information gap.It is urgent to set up the new concept of development,the intelligence service,the system guarantee,the popularity of science and education of AI,policy arrangement to respond the current development effectively.
