摘要
发展社区教育是社会治理创新的重要内容,也是助推社会治理创新的核心力量。在社会治理创新视域下,社区教育在管理理念、推动主体、体制机制、手段方式四方面都出现重大转向。为推动社区教育的创新发展,需要拓展社区教育功能,增强社区教育创新观念;合理定位主体角色,建立多元主体协同关系;深化完善法规制度,保障运行机制体制改革;整合优化教育资源,完善社区教育发展网络。
Developing community education is a significant content and a core boosting force of social governance innovation. From the perspective of social governance innovation, the change of community education is crucial with respect to management i- deas, promoting subject, institutional mechanisms and approaches. To fuel the creative development of community education, we need to broaden its functions and increase the awareness of innovation, reasonably position the subjective role and establish multi- subjective cooperative relationship, further complete laws and regulations and promote the reform of operational systems, as well as integrate and optimize the educational resources, and perfect the network of community education.
