摘要
雷锋精神以其强大的生命力,彰显出深刻的时代内涵与丰富的时代价值。然而,面对价值多元化的冲击,高职院校在弘扬雷锋精神方面面临着缺少价值认同、形式主义严重、宣传模式老套等一系列的问题,这不仅影响高职生的发展,也制约着雷锋精神的传承。高职院校应加强理想信念教育,创新实践载体,规范相关制度,推动雷锋精神培育的常态化与长效化。
With its strong vitality, LEI Feng Spirit bears both profound significance and rich values of our times. However, with the impact of multiple values, the advocasy of Lei Feng spirit in higher vocational colleges is faced with the following problems and difficulties： as lack of values recognition, inundant formalism and dull conventional publicity methods, which not only affect student personal development but also prevent Lei Feng spirit from being passed on to next generations. To solve these problems and to carry forward LEI Feng spirit on a regular and long-term basis, higher vocational colleges are expected to strengthen ideal and belief education, build new platforms for idealistic education practice, and establish and improve systems concerned.
