某校大学生蠕形螨感染情况调查 被引量:5

摘要 目的调查大学生面部蠕形螨感染情况并探讨其感染相关因素。方法按自愿调查原则,随机抽取武汉市江汉大学1 000名住校大学生采用透明胶带粘贴过夜法和挤粘结合法进行蠕形螨检查,并自设问卷对学生个人生活习惯、卫生习惯、皮肤类型和面部疾患等相关因素调查。结果共收回977份有效标本样品和问卷,其中查出341例调查者面部有蠕形螨感染,总感染率为34.90%,且男生和女生感染率分别为36.15%和33.55%,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.727,P>0.05)。脸部不同部位间蠕形螨的感染率差异无统计学意义,且同一患者存在面部不同部位间均有感染的现象。蠕形螨感染相关因素分析结果显示:化妆品的使用情况(χ2=0.661,P>0.05)及洗脸水温(χ2=0.728,P>0.05)对蠕形螨的感染影响不大;而皮肤类型(χ2=22.176,P<0.05)、面部疾患(χ2=53.323,P<0.05)、饮食习惯(χ2=36.811,P<0.05)、洗脸的频率(χ2=37.678,P<0.05)、洗面奶的使用情况(χ2=68.539,P<0.05)、寝室卫生(χ2=28.432,P<0.05)、洗漱用具的堆放方式(χ2=7.881,P<0.05)、与他人皮肤接触(χ2=26.967,P<0.05)和宠物的接触(χ2=16.901,P<0.05)等因素与蠕形螨感染密切相关。结论培养良好的个人卫生习惯和生活方式对预防和控制蠕形螨感染有重要意义。 Objective To investigate the infection of follicle mites on college students and explore the influencing factors of Demodex infection. Methods According to the principle of voluntary investigation ,1000 students in Jianghan University were randomly divided into two groups according to their personal habits,hygiene habits,skin types and facial disorders by using self-designed questionnaire. The students were examined by both sticking the adhesive tape overnight and squeezing the sticky methods. Results A total of 977 valid results were retrieved ,and 341 students of them were infected with follicle mites on the face with a total infection rate of 34.90%. The infection rates of male and female were 36.15%and 33.55%,respectively(χ2=0.727,P〉0.05). The Demodex infection rate of different parts of face had no significant difference,and there was cross infection among the different parts of the face. Relevant factor analysis showed that there no relationship between the Demodex infection rate of the use of cosmetics (χ2=0.661 ,P〉0.05) and wash water temperature (χ2=0.728,P〉0.05). However, factors such as the skin type(χ2=22.176,P〈0.05),facial disease(χ2=53.323,P〈0.05), diet(χ2=36.811,P〈0.05),washing face frequency(χ2=37.678,P〈0.05),using of the cleaning cream(χ2=68.539,P〈0.05), hygiene state of the dormitory (χ2=28.432,P〈0.05),stacking of the toiletries (χ2=7.881,P〈0.05),skin contact with others (χ2=26.967,P〈0.05),and pet contact (χ2=16.901,P〈0.05) are closely related with the infection of Demodex. Conclusion Strengthening the health education and developing good personal hygiene habits are important to prevent Demodex infection.
