在校大学生面部蠕形螨感染情况调查分析 被引量:14

摘要 目的调查部分在校大学生面部蠕形螨感染情况,分析其影响因素,为进一步防治蠕形螨提供依据。方法采用透明胶带粘贴过夜法分别对医学技术系本科09、11级各5个班级408名在校大学生进行皮肤蠕形螨检查。结果蠕形螨总感染率为28.19%,09、11级感染率分别为36.93%和17.74%。不同年级本科生之间感染率差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。男性、女性感染率分别为22.11%和30.03%。不同性别蠕形螨感染率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。油性、中性和干性肤质者感染率分别为36.53%、25.41%和13.33%。油性和中性肤质与干性肤质比较蠕形螨感染率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。鼻翼、额和面部其他部位感染率分别为35.68%、15.00%和23.07%。鼻部与额部感染率差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);鼻与面部其它部位感染率差异无统计学意义(P>0.0125);额与面部其它部位感染率差异无统计学意义(P>0.0125)。轻度、中度、重度、极重度感染率分别占85.07%、10.45%、4.48%和1.49%。结论在校大学生蠕形螨感染较为普遍,大多为毛囊蠕形螨。蠕形螨感染可以通过同一宿舍增加相互感染的机会,因此应加强集体居住大学生蠕形螨感染的防治工作。 Objective The infection of demodectic acne in part of college Students was surveyed, and the influencing factors was analyzed, in order to provide a basis for further prevention and treatment. Methods 408 college students of medical technology department were investigated with cellulose sticky tape method. Results The total demodectic infection rate was 28.19%. The infection rate of the students of 2009 was 36. 93% ,and the students of 2011 was 17.74%. There was significant difference between different grades(x^2 = 18. 422, P〈:0. 001 ). The infection rate of boys and girls were 22.11%and 30.03 % , respectively. There was no significant difference between different genders(x^2 = 2. 262, P〉 0.05). The infection rate of different skin types which were oily, neutral and dry were 36. 53%, 25.41% and 13.33% respectively. There was significant difference between oily and neutral skin type and dry(x^2 = 7. 667, P〈0. 05). Detection rate of wing of nose was 35.68%, forehead and others were 15.00% and 23.07% respectively. There was significant difference between wing of nose and forehead (X^2 = 16. 936 ,P〈0. 001) ; there was no significant difference between wing of nose and others(x^2 =2. 396,P〉0. 0125) ,and between forehead and others(x^2 =1. 362,P〉0. 0125). Conclusion The infection of Demodex is common in college students, most were Demodex folliculorum infection. Dormitory life may increase the chance of Demodex infection, so prevention and treatment of demodectic ache infection should be strengthen.
