摘要
通过在ICU管理中引入双因素理论,运用保健因素和激励因素在管理中的不同作用,充分调动医护人员工作的积极性,提高了该科室医务人员的工作效率。
By introducing two-factor theory in the management of ICU, different functions of hygiene factor and motivators in the management were used to completely arouse medical staff's working enthusiasm and improve working efficacy of the medical staffs in the department.
