摘要
目的:探讨基层医疗机构药品管理中应用目视管理的效果。方法:四川省达州市达川区人民医院于2019年3月-2020年3月采取常规药品管理,共计1327次发药;2020年4月-2021年4月在常规管理基础上采取目视管理,共计1332次发药;比较管理前后调剂差错率、账物相符率、药品管理质量评分。结果:管理后,调剂差错率低于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理后,账物相符率高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理后,药品管理质量评分高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:目视管理可提高基层医疗机构药品管理质量和账物相符率,减少差错事件,保障患者用药安全,值得应用。
Objective:To explore the application effect of visual management in drug management of primary medical institutions.Methods:From March 2019 to March 2020,Dachuan District People's Hospital of Dazhou City in Sichuan Province adopted routine drug management,involving 1327 dispenses;from April 2020 to April 2021,visual management was adapted on the basis of routine management,involving 1332 dispenses.The error rate of dispensing,the coincidence rate of accounts and objects,and the score of drug management quality before and after management were compared.Results:The error rate of dispensing after management was lower than that before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The coincidence rate of accounts and objects after management was higher than that before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of drug management quality after management was higher than that before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Visual management can improve the quality of drug management and the coincidence rate of accounts and objects in primary medical institutions,reduce error events and ensure the medication safety of patients.It deserves the promotion.
