摘要 针对实施超低排放改造的大港电厂燃煤机组,基于现场在线监测和现场采样数据,探讨了超低排放后烟气中烟尘、二氧化硫、氮氧化物、汞污染物排放特征。研究表明,4台燃煤机组完成超低排放改造后,烟尘、二氧化硫、氮氧化物的排放浓度能够长期分别低于5、35、50mg/m^3,达到超低排放要求。3#燃煤机组在汞取样监测期间,煤燃烧及经过污染物控制单元后,57.5%的汞存在于灰中、34.1%的汞存在于石膏中、8.3%的汞从烟囱排出。在汞取样监测期间,FGD脱除二氧化硫效率为97.9%,SCR脱除氮氧化物效率在90%以上。 This paper,based on on-site monitoring and sampling data in Dagang coal-fired units retrofitted with ultralow emission,discusses the characteristics of emission of pollutions( PM,SO_2,NO_x,Hg). The results indicated that the PM,SO_2 and NO_x emission concentrations of 4 renovated coal-fired units were respectively less than 5,35 and 50 mg/m^3 for a long-standing period,reaching ultra-low emission standard. During mercury sampling monitoring,57. 5% Hg is contained in ash,34. 1% Hg in gypsum and 8. 3% Hg emitting from chimney respectively after the coal combustion in 3 # coal-fired unit and pollution process and control unit. Besides,SO_2 removal efficiency of FGD was97. 9%,NO_x removal efficiency of SCR over 90% during mercury sampling monitoring.
