摘要 目的分析多糖铁复合物在高通量血液透析患者肾性贫血治疗中的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院收治的92例慢性肾脏病患者的临床资料,所有患者均接受血液透析,且伴有肾性贫血。根据不同治疗方式将其分为研究组(46例)与对照组(46例)。对照组给予促红细胞生成素+常规剂量叶酸及维生素治疗,研究组基于对照组给予多糖铁复合物治疗。对比两组慢性肾脏病患者的血红蛋白、血清铁蛋白(SF)、红细胞计数(RBC)、血细胞比容(HCT)水平及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,研究组的血红蛋白、SF、RBC、HCT水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组比较,研究组患者的不良反应总发生率明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多糖铁复合物在高通量血液透析患者肾性贫血治疗中的临床效果十分显著,有利于进一步改善血常规各项指标,且不良反应发生率低,安全性高,值得在临床治疗工作中推广运用。 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of polysaccharide-iron complex in renal anemia patients with highthroughput hemodialysis. Methods The clinical data of 92 patients with chronic kidney disease admitted in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. All the patients received hemodialysis and were accompanied by renal anemia. The patients were divided into research group(46 cases) and control group(46 cases) according to different treatment methods. The control group was treated with erythropoietin, routine dose of folic acid and vitamin, and the research group was given polysaccharide-iron complex on the basis of the control group. The levels of hemoglobin, SF, RBC, HCT and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the levels of hemoglobin, SF, RBC,HCT in the research group were significantly better than those in the control group(P〈0.05); compared with the control group, the total incidence of adverse reactions of the research group was significantly lower, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Polysaccharide-iron complex has significant effect in renal anemia patients with high-volume hemodialysis, it is helpful to further improve the level of blood lipid, lower incidence of adverse reactions, which is worthy of promotion in clinical treatment.
