摘要 采用悬浮态焙烧装置焙烧高硅铝土矿,对焙烧矿进行常压碱浸预脱硅实验,探讨了碱浸条件各单因素对悬浮态焙烧矿碱浸预脱硅效果的影响,并通过正交实验确定了各因素在碱浸过程中的影响作用,得到优化的碱浸脱硅条件。实验结果表明:悬浮态焙烧-碱浸脱硅对高硅铝土矿铝硅比(A/S)的提高非常显著,悬浮态焙烧矿在常压、低温、低碱条件下实现较高的脱硅率和较低的氧化铝损失率,碱液浓度、碱浸温度以及液固比是影响脱硅率的主要因素;对于Al_2O_3占63.45%、A/S为4.50的悬浮态焙烧矿,在碱浸温度100℃、碱浸时间120min、碱液浓度ρ(Na_2O_k)=125g/L、液固比L/S=10和搅拌速度为15r/min的碱浸条件下,脱硅率达到64.95%,氧化铝的损失率2.2%,脱硅精矿A/S达到13,对氧化铝工业的高效生产具有较大的促进意义。 The high -silica bauxite was calcined by suspension calciner, and the pre -desilication test was carried out on the calcined ore by alkali leac- hing at atmospheric pressure. The effect of individual factor on the alkali - leaching pre - desilication of suspension calcined ore was discussed. The effect of each factor on the alkali leaching process was determined by orthogonal experiment, and the optimum conditions were obtained. The results show that the ratio of aluminum to silicon (A/S) is increased significantly, and the relatively higher desilication rate and lower alumina loss rate can be obtained by the calcined ore under the suspended state with the atmospheric pressure, low temperature and low alkali. The lye concentration, alkali leaching tempera- ture and liquid to solid ratio are the main factors affecting the desilication rate. For the suspended calcined ore with A1203 of 63.45% and A/S of 4.50, under the conditions of leaching temperature 100℃, leaching time 120rain, alkali concentration p( Na20k ) = 125g/L, liquid -solid ratio L/S = 10, and the stirring speed 15r/rain, the desilication rate can reach 64.95%, the loss rate of alumina was 2.2%, and A/S of the desilicated concentrate was 13, which had zreat simaificance for the efficient nroduction of alumina industry.
