摘要
目的了解参加健康体检的糖尿病患者对糖尿病知识的知晓情况,为院健康管理中心微信健康教育知识推送提供依据。方法选取参加某院健康体检的糖尿病患者,在入院宣教时,由宣教护士进行患者一般资料收集以及填写糖尿病患者知识量表(ADKNOWL)。结果参加健康体检的糖尿病患者对糖尿病的一般知识掌握较差,低血糖相关知识和糖尿病足部护理知识答对的正确率最低,分别为46.1%和50.1%,患者对这方面知识存在认知误区。结论在我院健康管理中心的微信平台中,针对糖尿病患者的认知薄弱点和误区,可以进行糖尿病的相关知识推送,帮助其增加糖尿病知识,自觉进行自身管理和控制,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To explore the diabetes knowledge of diabetes patients participating in physical examination to provide basis for Wechat health education platform in health management in our hospital.Methods Diabetes patients participating in physical check-up in a hospital were selected as subjects in the study.General data about patients and their ADKNOWL were collected by nurses. Results Diabetes patients＇ understanding to the general knowledge about the disease is not satisfactory.The correct rates towards low blood sugar and footcare of the disease were the lowest,46.1% and 50.1% respectively.There are misunderstanding about the disease.Conclusion On the WeChat platform of our health management center, according to the patients＇ misunderstandings, diabetes-related knowledge can be publicized to increase their knowledge of diabetes, improve their awareness of health care and improve the life quality of patients.
