摘要
根据QPQ氮化盐成分分析仪控制与信号处理的技术要求,结合仪器的基本工作原理和测试方法,设计了QPQ氮化盐成分分析仪控制与信号处理系统软件的总体结构,并以此为基础完成了控制系统软件、信号处理系统软件及图形用户界面的设计,并开展系统联机测试实验。实验结果表明,控制与信号处理系统软件能实现仪器的精确控制与检测,且检测结果重复性好,准确度高,可满足实际应用要求。
According to the requirements of the control and signal processing technology of QPQ nitriding salt composition analyzer,and based on principle and test method of the instrument,designed the overall structure of the QPQ nitriding composition analyzer control and signal processing system software,and then completed the design of the control module,the signal processing module and the graphical user interface of the software,and the on-line debugging experiments of the system were completed.The experimental results show that the software of the control and signal processing achieve the precise control and detection,and the detection result has good repeatability and high accuracy,which meets the requirements of practical application.
