摘要
文章介绍某省级综合性医院分时段预约诊疗的实践与做法,通过对专家门诊就诊患者的挂号数据进行统计,计算分时段预约就诊率、不同科室预约率、各时段预约挂号与现场挂号比例以及两种就诊方式的候诊时间,提出完善预约诊疗服务的建议:提高预约诊疗服务知晓率;分时段预约管理精细化;规范医生停诊替诊制度;强化医患双方诚信意识;重视专科专病建设。
This study introduces the practice of the time - interval controlled appointment registration in a general hospital in Anhui province. By analyzing the specialist outpatient registration data, we can calculate the rate of appointment, the rate for dif- ferent departments, the proportion of appointment and site registration in different time period, and the waiting time of the two reg- istration methods. The suggest of improving appointment - driven service is to improve the awareness rate of appointment, make management of time - interval controlled appointment more precise, standardized work system of outpatient doctors, enforce the credit awareness for both doctors and patients, emphasize special disease and specialty construction.
