摘要
传统门诊和住院流程存在诸多弊端,优化和再造门诊及住院流程,可以为患者提供就医新体验。文章阐述了多功能自助机在助力智慧医院建设中的作用,认为多功能自助机可以替代收费处和门诊分诊站工作,优化门诊和住院服务流程,节约患者时间,提高服务质量,提升服务效率,节约运营成本。
Optimizing and re-engineering outpatient and inpatient process can overcome the drawbacks of traditional outpa- tient and inpatient process and provide new experience for patients in medical treatment. The role of muhi-funetional self-service machine in improving the construction of wisdom hospital was analyzed, mainly as replacing the cashier and outpatient service, opti- mizing the process of outpatient and inpatient service, saving the time for patients, improving the service quality, increasing the serv- ice efficiency and saving operating costs.
