摘要
目的调查患者对无锡市中医医院开展预约挂号服务的评价和需求。方法设计《预约挂号服务患者问卷调查表》,随机抽样门诊患者进行问卷调查,分析患者对该项服务的评价和需求。结果回收有效问卷205份。统计分析结果:86.34%的患者知道医院开展了预约挂号服务。70.24%的患者选择现场或电话预约挂号。96.61%的患者对预约挂号诊疗过程满意。82.11%的患者认为预约挂号服务可以缩短看病时间,方便患者就诊。患者希望医院增加预约挂号途径并加强对预约挂号服务的管理。结论以患者需求为导向,不断推进预约挂号服务是大势所趋;医院应当不断拓展新的预约挂号途径,探索建立符合患者需求的门诊服务新模式。
Objective To investigate and analyze the strategy of clinic appointment registration service for out-patients in Wuxi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods The questionnaire of appointment registration service for out-patients was designed and delivered to 505 out-patients for investigating and analyzing the evaluation and requirements of them.Results A total of 205 copies of delivered questionnaire came back and was considered to be effective.The statistical data showed that 86.34% of the patients had known the appointment registration service,96.61% of those were satisfactory with the treatment process of making an appointment registration,82.11% of those felt time-saving for visiting doctors,and 70.24% of those were willing to have the appointment registration on-site or by telephone.The patients investigated expected that the hospital could increase the ways of appointment registration and strengthen management for this kind of service.ConclusionConsidering the requirements of the out-patients,the strategy of clinic appointment registration service is a trend and hospital should expand some new ways of appointment registration,and explore new service models to meet the needs of the out-patients.
