摘要
以开展多种形式的挂号服务实践为例,介绍了预约挂号、社区转诊预约挂号、窗口提前挂号、残疾人专用挂号等挂号服务的不同特点及优势,为科学、合理安排患者就诊流程,提高门诊服务水平,满足患者不同就诊需求,缩短挂号等候时间,提高医院空间管理水平等提供借鉴。
Appointment for register, transfer treatment appointment from community, window registration in advance and special registration for disabled persons were offered in hospital. Different registration forms were discussed to arrange scientific and rational visiting, promote total service level, satisfy demands of patients, shorten registration waiting time, improve space management, and optimize medical procedure.
