摘要
[目的/意义]信息传播新视角下安全教育通用模型的构建研究,明晰了安全教育实施过程的影响要素并进行分类,有利于指导安全教育管理工作、促进实现安全教育信息化、提升安全教育体系管理水平和提高安全教育效果,这一研究具有较强的实践意义。[方法/过程]根据信息传播视角下安全教育研究的内涵,梳理并推导出安全教育传播的5类基本要素和9条拓展要素。在此基础上,构建安全教育DIA通用模型及受教育者信息接受和利用的过程模型,对模型进行概念分析和应用分析。最后以企业安全管理培训为例展开DIA模型的应用说明。[结果/结论]研究发现,信息传播视阈下安全教育模型为安全教育方法和体系研究提供了严谨的理论知识,有利于引导安全教育理论研究从"零散化"走向"体系化",有利于指导构建、评价和优化安全教育理论体系。
[Purpose/Significance]Research on the construction of general model of safety education under the guidance of information dissemination clears and classifies the influence elements of the safety education process. Such research is beneficial to guide the safety education management,improve the management level of safety education system,promote the realization of safety education information and improve the effect of safety education. This research has strong practical significance.[Method/Process]According to the connotation of safety education research under the perspective of information dissemination,the five basic elements and nine expanding elements of safety education propagation were combed and deduced. On this basis,the DIA general model of safety education and model of accepting and utilizing process of safety information for the instructed were constructed,and conception and application of the DIA model was analyzed. Finally,the research took daily safety management training system in enterprises for example to explain the application of the DIA model.[Result/Conclusion]Under the perspective of information dissemination,safety education model provides rigorous theoretical knowledge for the study of the safety education method and system. It is helpful to direct the safety education theory research from " trivializes situated" to " systematic",and to guide the construction,evaluation and optimization of the safety education theory system.
