基于接触有限元的斜齿轮传动误差仿真与修形 被引量:2

摘要 以标准斜齿轮为研究对象,基于Pro/e软件实现斜齿轮参数化建模,提出齿轮修形方案与修形齿面构建方法。基于接触有限元法,利用Abaqus软件对标准斜齿轮进行有限元仿真,分析得到产生传动误差的主要原因,进而提出一种修形方案,将齿顶待修缘量转化为x、y、z 3个方向上的向量形式,通过偏移齿面节点的方法得到修形后的齿面节点集,利用齿面节点集构建出修形后的齿轮模型,并对其进行有限元仿真。文中通过对比修形前后齿轮的传动误差,验证了修形的有效性。 Taking the standard helical gear as the studying subject,based on the Pro/e software,parametric modeling of standard helical gear is created,and a modification scheme and a method of creating modified gear are proposed.Based on the contact finite element analysis method,the standard helical gear is simulated by using Abaqus,and the reasons of transmission error are concluded.What is more,a modification scheme is proposed,translating the modification value into vector form of x,y,z in three directions.Modified modeling of helical gears are created by using the method of offset tooth surface nodes,and using contact finite element analysis method to study transmission error of modified gear.Finally,the effectiveness of the modification is verified by comparing the transmission error of original gear and modified gear.
