摘要
针对国家特需项目全日制硕士生企业导师队伍现状,结合淮阴工学院特需项目化学工程硕士企业导师队伍实例,在介绍淮阴工学院服务国家特需项目的基本情况基础上,重点分析与讨论了淮阴工学院企业导师的来源、企业导师的遴选条件和管理制度,并对各自存在的问题提出了针对性的改进建议,以期进一步提高淮阴工学院工程硕士研究生培养质量,满足区域岩盐与凹土资源新材料产业高层次人才的需求。
According to the status of graduate student tutor for national special project in industry area,the basic situation of Huaiyin Institute of Technology was introduced. The sources of enterprise tutors,the selection conditions and management system of enterprise tutors in Huaiyin Institute of Technology were mainly analyzed and discussed. Some suggestions were put forward to improve their respective problems,so as to further improve the quality of training graduate students and meet the demand for high-level talents in the area of new materials for rock salt and attapulgite resources.
