摘要
煤炭行业经历了10年快速发展期进入了萧条阶段,最直接的表现是煤炭价格出现大幅度下降,不合理的价格形成机制导致煤炭企业由之前的盈利急剧转为亏损。从分析我国煤炭价格的现状入手,探讨影响煤炭价格制定的因素,找出价格形成不合理的原因,最后提出符合我国煤炭价格形成的改进措施。
After 10 years rapid development period,China coal industry is in a depression stage,a most direction expression was high amplitude decreasing occurred in the coal prices and an irrational price formation mechanism caused the coal enterprises drastic changed from the previous gains to the losses. From the start with the analysis on China coal price status,the factors affected to the coal price made were discussed,irrational causes of the prices formed were found and finally the improved measures to meet China coal prices formed were provided.
