摘要
煤炭洗选企业信息化建设工作是标准化管理规范工作的延伸,经过3年的标准化管理规范评定工作,煤炭洗选企业在安全管理、经济技术指标等方面取得了显著成果,并具备了信息化建设的基础。但现阶段煤炭洗选企业信息化建设工作存在基础工作薄弱、生产过程设备更新增加、管理系统冗杂和建设投资大等问题,为避免标准不一、数据各异和重复投资等情况的发生,山西省在全国率先开展相关标准的制定工作,2023年10月8日,《煤炭洗选企业信息化建设规范》(DB 14/2819—2023)发布实施,针对此标准,详细解读了标准制定的背景、意义和过程以及制定的依据、建设要点,便于洗选企业从业人员对标准的深一步理解,进而推动煤炭洗选企业信息化建设工作。
The informatization construction of coal washing enterprises is an extension of standardized management work, after three years of standardized management norms evaluation, coal washing enterprises have achieved significant results in safety management, economic and technical indicators, and have laid the foundation for informationization construction. At present, there are problems in the informatization construction of coal washing enterprises, such as weak basic work, increased updates to production process equipment, cumbersome management systems, and large construction investment.In order to avoid situations such as inconsistent standards, different data, and duplicate investments, Shanxi Province has taken the lead in formulating relevant standards nationwide. In October 8th, 2023, the “Code for the Informatization Construction of Coal Washing Enterprises”(DB 14/2819-2023) was issued and implemented. In response to this standard, the background, significance, process, basis, and construction points of the standard formulation were explained in detail, facilitating the practitioners of coal washing enterprises to further understand the standard and further promote the informatization construction of coal washing enterprises.
