摘要
小学英语教师评价素养整体水平不高,其内因是教师个人在角色意识、自我效能感、职业价值观、评价的知识技能等方面存在问题;其外因是教育行政部门、教师教育机构和学校等因素。小学英语教师评价素养提升应根据整体性、系统性、实用性三大原则,从政策支持、培训合力、互动发展、资源建设、动力激发和实践成长等六个方面采取应对策略。
Elementary English teachers' assessment literacy as a whole is not high. The constrains of developing elementary English teachers' assessment literacy include such intrinsic factors as teachers' role awareness, self-efficacy, professional value and assessing knowledge and skills, and such extemal factors as educational administrative departments, teacher educational institutes and schools. The counter-measures of enhancing elementary English teachers' assessment literacy should be taken from the six aspects like policy support, cooperative training, interactive development, resource building, motivation stimulation and growth in practice on the basis of the three principles of wholeness, systematization and practicability.
