摘要
随着计算机网络技术的不断发展,计算机和信息服务贸易在现代服务贸易中占有重要地位,因此成为发达国家和发展中国家竞争的重要领域。本文首先从出口规模和结构两个方面对中印计算机和信息服务贸易现状进行分析;其次,运用国际市场占有率、贸易竞争力指数、显性比较优势指数等能够量化的指标,对中印两国的计算机和信息服务贸易竞争力进行比较分析,结果表明我国的计算机和信息服务贸易近年来虽发展较为迅速,但在国际竞争力上与印度仍存在较大差距;再次,通过对影响中印两国计算机和信息服务贸易的因素进行比较分析,找出我国与印度在该行业存在差距的原因;最后,提出增强我国计算机和信息服务贸易国际竞争力的对策建议。
With the development of computer network technology, computer and information services trade plays an important role in modern trade in service, therefore it becomes an important area which is developed and developing countries to compete. First, this paper analyzes the present situation of computer information service trade between China and India,which analyzes it from two aspects of export scale and structure. Then, using MS, TC and RCA index to analyze the competitiveness of China and India＇s computer and information services trade. The results show that China＇s computer and information services trade developed rapidly in recent years, but there is still a wide gap with India on international competitive ness.Thirdly,by comparative analysis of the factors that affect China and India Computer and information services trade,we find out why there is a gap in the industry. Finally,the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the international competitiveness of China＇ s computer and information service trade.
