摘要
在“1+X”证书制度下,对于高素质人才的培养具有重要的意义,也是目前独立院校人才培养模式改革的重要导向。文章提出“1+X”证书制度应用于人才培养模式改革的价值,并指出“1+X”证书制度下当前独立院校通信工程专业人才培养的现状,指出“1+X”证书制度下独立院校通信工程专业人才培养的路径,为独立院校通信工程专业课证双擎人才培养提供有益的借鉴。
Under the "1+X" certificate system, it is of great significance to the cultivation of high-quality talents, and it is also an important guide for the reform of the current independent colleges and universities’ talent training model. The article puts forward the value of applying the "1+X" certificate system to the reform of the talent training model, and points out the current status of communication engineering major talent training in independent colleges under the "1+X" certificate system, and points out that the "1+X" certificate system is independent under the "1+X" certificate system. The training path of communication engineering professionals in colleges and universities provides a useful reference for the training of communication engineering professionals in independent colleges and universities.
