摘要
本文对某大型船用绞车上使用的斜齿轮轴的受力情况与强度校核进行了理论分析,并利用CATIA建立斜齿轮轴三维模型,通过有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对齿轮轴进行静力分析,得到应力与应变分布云图,以达到强度校核的目的。该分析方法缩短了轴类零件设计时间,对轴类零件设计具有指导作用。
In this paper, the force and strength check of helical gear axle used in a large marine winch are analyzed theoretically. The three-dimensional model of helical gear axle is established by CATIA. The gear shaft is simulated by ANSYS Workbench Force analysis, get stress and strain distribution cloud image, to achieve the purpose of strength checking. The analysis method shortens the design time of the shaft parts and guides the design of the shaft parts.
