拖拉机驱动桥壳有限元静力分析与静强度试验 被引量:3

摘要 针对1604型拖拉机前驱动桥壳的实际工作要求及驱动桥桥壳垂直弯曲静强度试验工况条件,建立了该驱动桥壳的有限元静力分析模型,其中在Hypermesh中模拟了驱动桥壳组件中各部件间的连接。在台架上测试了该桥的垂直弯曲静强度,虽然ANSYS分析结果与试验结果两者间平均误差为15%,但试验结果表明,建模方法切实可行,分析结果基本可靠。分析结果表明,该驱动桥桥壳具有足够的静强度和刚度,满足设计要求。此外,根据分析结果提出了桥壳结构的改进建议。 Based on the practical work requirements of1604tractor and front drive axle housing verticalbending static strength test conditions,the finite element static analysis model of front drive axle housingwas established,the connections between components in the assembly were simulated.The verticalbending static strength test was done on the bench,although the average error between ANSYS resultsand test results was15%,but the test results showed that the modeling method was feasible,and theanalysis results were reliable.Analysis results showed that the drive axle housing had enough staticstrength and stiffness,which met the design requirements.In addition,according to the analysis results,the improvement suggestions were put forward.
