摘要
优化了一种考虑大型结构的螺栓连接有限元模型的简化方法。简化方法仅需要对有限元模型施加均匀压力,而不需要对所有螺栓完全建模。该简化方法不仅提高了螺栓连接模型有限元计算时的收敛性,而且节约了计算成本。详细分析了该简化方法的假设。为了验证简化方法的准确性和可靠性,对螺栓连接结构的建立了简化模型,计算三种不同载荷作用下模型的多个关键特征量与接触应力云图,并与传统建模的结果对比,得出使用方法的简化模型的适用条件。
A simplified method for FEM model of bolt connection with large-scale structure is optimized,which is only required to apply uniform pressure on the FEM model,and no modeling for all bolts is required.The method not only improves the convergence rate in FEM calculation,but also reduces the costs of the FEM simulation.The hypothesis of the simplified method is analyzed in detail.A simplified model of a kind of bolt connection using the simplify method is established to verify the accuracy and credibility of this modus.The crucial characteristic quantity and the contact stress nephograms of the simplified model are calculated under three different load conditions,which will contrast with those calculated in the traditional modeling.The applicable conditions of the simplify method are obtained by discussing those comparison.
