摘要
获取机床结构的动态特性是确保精密加工的重要手段之一。基于有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench 12.0,在Pro/E软件中建立机床主轴、主轴箱三维模型,进而将其导入ANSYS Workbench 12.0中进行有限元建模和模态分析,获得了固有频率和振型;在此基础上,分析了振型图中的最大变形区域,评价了共振薄弱点并提出了相应的结构修改建议。
The dynamic characteristics of the machine structure are used to ensure precision of machining. Based on finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench 12.0, machine spindle structure and headstock are analyzed, the three-dimensional model is build by Pro/E software, and then imported into ANSYS Workbench 12.0 software for finite element modeling and modal analysis, the natural frequencies and mode shapes is analyzed, on the basis of analyzing the modal graph, the maximum deformation area is evaluated and the corresponding structure optimization is suggested according to resonance weak points.
