摘要
研究了当前湖北省大数据产业发展的现状,指出了产业影响力与人才吸引力不足、人才流动与人才培养不充分等问题,并提出了完善人才培养体系和培养模式的策略。当前大数据、人工智能和各行业的深度融合是大势所趋,人才供给是产业发展的基本动力保证。
This paper mainly studies the current situation of big data industry out the current problems of industrial influence and talent a t tra c t io n , talent f low and personnel tra inper also puts forward the strategy of improving the personnel training system and the cult ivation mode.
