摘要
现代学徒制作为一种校企深度融合的人才培养模式,通过双主体育人方式,使学生掌握理论素养并获取职业技能。高职旅游管理专业学生在企业开展的实践活动中,存在着职业认知类、情感类、意志类以及行动类隐性知识,然而这些隐性知识都较为零散且很多经验无法直接表述,不利于知识的分享与传播。对这些隐性知识进行总结并构建相应的隐性知识体系,对高职旅游管理专业学生更好地掌握及运用专业知识,完善学科知识体系起到促进作用。
As a kind of talent training mode based on a profound cooperation between colleges and enterprises,modern apprenticeship develops students＇ theoretical literacy and professional skills by dual-educating. Tour-ism management majors of vocational colleges require tacit knowledge on professional cognition,emotions,willand action while they are under practical training in companies. But the tacit knowledge is relatively fragmentedand much experience could not be stated directly,both of which make the knowledge adverse to be shared andcommunicated. Therefore to summarize the tacit knowledge and to construct a system for it is conducive for thestudents to master and apply their professional knowledge,and is beneficial for improving the disciplinary knowledge system as well.
