摘要
影响企业创新绩效的因素很多,隐性知识学习对创新绩效的贡献尤为重要,但隐性知识学习要素与创新绩效的关系在以往研究中未有清晰的答案。基于结构方程建模的思想,文章建立了企业隐性知识学习的概念模型,并在理论综述基础上构建了企业隐性知识学习与创新绩效间的结构方程模型,对企业隐性知识学习要素与创新绩效间的结构关系给出操作化界定。
