摘要 本文论述了隐性知识与中职学生发展的关系,隐性知识显性化教学新模式的基本流程,以及形成的辅助意识和集中意识、合法的边缘参与、叠加式等教学基本形式和以讲故事式、聊天式、观察式、合作伙伴式、案例引路式等为主的学习组织方法。
