摘要
商务礼仪是一门实践性、应用性很强的课程,沿用传统的教学方法难以取得较好的教学效果,因此,进行礼仪教学方法的改革与创新就显得尤为重要和必要。参与式教学方法作为一种实践性和可操作性比较强的教学方法,较好地契合了该门课程的特点。本文从《商务礼仪》课程教学方法改革的必要性,参与式教学方法在《商务礼仪》课程中的应用等方面进行探讨,以提高教学质量,实现人才培养的目标。
Business etiquette is a practical,highly applied course,follow the traditional teaching methods is difficult to achieve better teaching results,therefore,the etiquette teaching method of reform and innovation is particularly important and necessary.Participatory teaching method as a practical and operable relatively strong teaching methods,better fit the characteristics of the course.This paper discusses the necessity of the reform of the teaching method of' business etiquette ',the application of participatory teaching method in the course of ' business etiquette ',so as to improve the teaching quality and realize the goal of personnel training.
