摘要
礼仪教育可以塑造高职生高尚的精神境界和高品位的文化境界,完善自身形象、提升职业素质,促进高职生成人成才。提升高职生职业素质的礼仪教育需遵循道德教育与礼仪教育相结合、传统礼仪与现代礼仪相结合、礼仪知识与礼仪实践相结合的原则。加强德育工作、营造良好的校园礼仪文化氛围、实习实训中加强职业礼仪教育、建设礼仪教育的综合评价系统是提升高职生职业素质的有效路径。
Etiquette education helps to mold higher vocational students with lofty spirit and highgrade culture,perfect their images,improve their professional quality and promote their growth and success.Etiquette education should follow the principles of combining moral and etiquette education,combining traditional and modern etiquette,and combining knowledge and practice of etiquette.Strengthening moral education,creating a good atmosphere for campus etiquette culture,and establishing an integrated evaluation system are effective ways to promote etiquette education and to improve higher vocational students＇ professional quality.
