摘要
目的对雷公藤根的化学成分进行研究。方法综合运用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶色谱和半制备型高效液相等色谱方法进行系统分离,根据化合物的理化性质及其波谱数据确定化合物的结构。结果雷公藤根中分离出6个化合物,分别鉴定为:3,3-二甲基鞣花酸(3,3,di-O-methyellagic acid)(1)、1,2-没食子酰丙三醇(1,2-O-di-galloylglycerol)(2)、14β-hydroperoxy-eburnamine(3),(-)-syringaresino(4),(-)-melilotocarpan A(5)、(9R,10E,12E)-9-methoxyoctadecadienoic acid(6)。结论化合物2~6首次从雷公藤属植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents from roots of Tripterygium wilfordii. METHODS The fraction was sequentially subjected to silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and semi-preparative HPLC. RESULTS 6 compounds were isolated from Tripterygium wilfordii, and identified as 3,3, di-O-methyellagic acid (1), 1,2-O-di-gal- loylglycerol ( 2 ), 1413-hydroperoxy-eburnamine ( 3 ), ( - ) -syringaresino ( 4 ), ( - ) -melilotocarpan A ( 5 ), ( 9 R, 10E, 12E)-9-methoxyoctadecadienoic acid (6). CONCLUSION Compounds 2-6 were isolated from the genus Tripterygi- um for the first time.
