摘要
目的对乌檀(Nauclea officinalis Pierre ex Pitard)根的化学成分进行研究。方法综合运用硅胶柱色谱、反相硅胶柱色谱和半制备型高效液相等色谱方法进行系统分离,根据化合物的理化性质及其波谱数据确定化合物的结构。结果乌檀的根中分离出6个化合物,分别鉴定为:19-O-methyl-3,14-dihydroangustoline(1)、cinnamic acid(2)、异阿魏酸甲酯(3)、vanillin(4)、ethyl4-hudroxycinnamate(5)、vincosamide(6)。结论化合物3~5首次从乌檀属植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents from roots of Nauclea officinalis. METHODS Thechemical chemical constituents from N. officinalis were separated and purified by silica gel,ODS,and semi preparative HPLC. RESULTS 6 compounds were isolated from 85% ethanol extract from N. officinalis,and identified as 19-O-methyl-3,14-dihydroangustoline( 1),cinnamic acid( 2),methyl isoferulate( 3),vanillin( 4),ethyl4-hudroxycinnamate( 5),vincosamide( 6). CONCLUSION Compounds 3-5 were isolated from the genus Nauclea for the first time.
