摘要
英国教育法制化在现代世界法系中占有重要的地位,在教师职业伦理行为监管方面颇见成效。英国学校教师职业伦理行为监管程序包括法定的审核程序、听证程序、审查结果判定程序。分析和借鉴英国的有益经验,可以为我国制定教师职业伦理标准,编制教师职业伦理审查程序,以及建设教师职业伦理法制化管理体系等方面提供一些有价值的启示。
The United kingdom is one of the countries in the world, which has a relatively complete education law in the world. The United kingdom in the prevention and management of professional ethics of teachers, as the result of its effectiveness, is called the world model. Based on this, the paper states the supervision mechanism of the teachers＇ professional moral and legal management, teachers＇ professional ethics complaints review procedures, and the Teachers＇ professional misconduct punishment measures in detail and with in-depth analysis. To analyze and learn from the useful experience of the United kingdom, it can provide some valuable enlightenment for the construction of the legal system in the construction of teachers＇ professional ethics, the review of teachers＇ professional ethics and the training of professional ethics.
