当代社会,随着经济的快速发展,建筑行业也随之越来越兴盛。人们对不同建筑的要求也越来越高,要克服各种施工的困难,考虑建筑环境的安全、实用性等,这就对土建工程施工图的审查越来越严格。经济的发展带动各个行业的发展,也促进了建筑行业的发展,但由于对土建工程施工图的审查是从20世纪才开始的,不同的审查结果受审查员的专业水平和地区差异的影响而有所不同,审查的质量直接与工程质量相关。因此,如何完善施工图的审查以及确保工程质量的任务相当重要。文章从审查施工图的内容,出现的常见问题以及如何应对这些问题的措施方面展开。
In contemporary society, with the rapid development of economy, the construction industry is becoming more and more prosperous. Higher and higher requirements for different buildings are put forward, such as overcoming the difficulties of various construction and considering the safety and practicability of the construction environment, and so on, which means the examination of civil engineering drawing is becoming more and more strict. The development of economy drives the development of various industries, as well as the development of the construction industry. However, since the review of civil engineering construction drawing began in the 20th century, the quality of the review is directly related to the quality of the project, resulted from the professional level of the inspector and regional differences. Therefore, how to perfect the examination of construction drawings and the task of ensuring the quality of the project is very important. The article starts with reviewing the contents of the construction drawing, the common problems appearing and how to deal with them.
