摘要
文章主要研究了花岗岩外形对电镀金刚石线锯的磨损影响,采用了不同规格的金刚石线锯切割花岗岩以检验使用寿命,通过扫描电子显微镜观察了电镀金刚石线锯的受损情况。大量实验分析了切割花岗岩过程中金刚石线锯的磨损因素和机理,并指出了延长线锯使用寿命的方法。
This paper mainly studies the influence of granite shape on wear of electroplated diamond wire saw.Electroplated diamond wire saws with different specifications are used to cut the granite to test their service life.Scanning electron microscopy was also used to observe the damage of electroplated diamond wire saw.The wear factors and mechanism of the electroplated diamond wire saw in the process of cutting granite are analyzed by a large number of experiments,and the method of prolonging its service life is pointed out.
