摘要
我国小城镇类型多样,人口规模是常见的区分不同类型小城镇的一个重要指标,对小城镇的规划、建设及发展十分关键。本文利用2016年住房和城乡建设部组织的对全国121个小城镇进行的实地详细调查数据,按照城镇建成区常住人口规模将小城镇划分为小型镇、中型镇和大型镇三类,从土地利用与开发强度、基础设施建设、教育与医疗卫生服务、文娱设施与居民休闲活动、商业服务与居民消费、满意度与定居意愿六大方面,分析了不同人口规模小城镇的主要特征,并从建设用地的开发、基础公共服务设施配置的规模效益、小城镇居民定居意愿与满意度差异三个方面提出不同人口规模小城镇在规划建设时应关注的重点。对进一步认清我国小城镇特征及分类指导小城镇发展具有一定意义。
The types of small towns in our country are various, and the population scale is an important index to distinguish different types of small towns. It is very important to the planning, construction and development of small towns. Based on the detailed survey data of 121 small towns in 2016, this paper divides the small towns into small towns, medium towns and large towns according to the resident population of urban built areas. We analyze the main characteristics of different population scale of small towns from the aspects of land use and development strength, infrastructure construction, education and health care services, recreational facilities and residents＇ leisure activities, business services and residents＇ consumption, satisfaction and willingness to settle. We then put forwards different key points during small towns＇ planning and construction in three aspects： development of construction land, economies of scale of basic and public service facilities, the residents＇ willingness to settle and satisfaction differences.This article has a certain significance to further understand the characteristics of small towns and guide the development of small towns.
