摘要
民族地区畜牧旅游扶贫效应和居民参与行为互为作用,互为影响。笔者以鄂西南为例,借鉴耦合理论,分析了畜牧旅游扶贫效应和居民参与行为作用机理,构建了耦合模型和指标体系,并研究两者之间的互动关系。对两者之间的耦合关系进行了实证研究。结果表明:畜牧旅游扶贫效应和居民参与行为耦合度较高,居民参与程度高;家庭收入、生活质量、就业机会和村干部管理能力水平对于居民畜牧旅游参与行为的影响最显著;畜牧旅游扶贫导致社区管理出现一定程度的混乱;环境风貌和社会文化对居民参与行为没有影响。
The effect of poverty alleviation by rear livestock tourism and participation behavior of residents can interact and influence each other in Ethnic Areas. With the help of coupling theory, taking Southwest of Hubei as an example, the paper analyzes the mechanism for poverty alle- viation effect and residents participation behavior of rear livestock tourism, establishes Coupling model and index system, and studies their inter- active relationship. Furthermore, empirical study is performed on the coupling relationship between poverty alleviation effect and resident partic- ipation behavior as well. Results show higher behavior coupling level and high degree of participation by residents. Also, family income, quality of life, employment opportunity and management ability level of village cadres have the most significant effect on residents participation behav- iour during rear livestock tourism. On the other side, rear livestock tourism poverty alleviation has caused certain degree of confusion in the community management, but environment style and social culture have no influence on participation behavior of residents.
