非编人员是军队医院结构编成的重要组成部分。某院积极探索非编人员教育管理的科学方法和有效途径,通过精细制定规章制度,精准组织教育引导,精心营造良好环境,精密进行规范管理,严把非编人员的准入关、思想关、稳心关、安全关,全面加强非编人员教育管理,取得良好效果。
Non-authorized personnel make up an important part in hospitals of PLA.Our hospital has tried to find out scientific methods and effective ways for management of non-authorized personnel,and we have done well in comprehensively strengthening the management and education of non-authorized personnel by exquisite rules,precise education and guidance,creating favorable environment and rigid management,as well as strictly mastering the access,thoughts,and safety of non-authorized personnel.
