摘要
为加强聘用人员队伍建设,提高聘用人员对医院管理工作的满意度;本文采取文献研究、问卷调查的方法,在充分了解军队聘用人员现状的基础上,分析聘用人员队伍建设存在的问题;并应用人力资源管理机制对所存在的问题提出相应的建议,为调动聘用人员主观能动性,发挥其在医疗队伍中生力军的作用提供参考。
To improve the satisfaction degree of employed staff with the hospital administration,literature search and questionnaire survey were applied to understand the current situation of employed staff in military hospital,and the existing problems were analyzed in team building of employed staff,and corresponding suggestions were put forward based on human resourcesmanagement mechanism.
